Water pines for rent

I was terraforming my island when I got the message that there was a rolling restart in progress. I jumped over to my old shop on the mainland and got another message there about the sim restarting. I decided to just pick a random spot on the map and ended up in Iridium. This place is hardly populated at all and appears to be a Linden rental region owned by none other then Pathfinder Linden. I didn't realize the lindens rent out sims by the day (3,000 L$/day). The part that I find interesting is that there are pine trees everywhere - including the deep parts of the ocean around it.
